The Thanksgiving Service for the current batch of Face The Nation (FTN) peer educators was held at OBC on Saturday 13th August 2016. The summary of preliminary results from all the senior secondary schools in the country is as follows:
·         1426 received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour
·         2588 pledged abstinence as a lifestyle
·         447 received counselling in matters of the heart

A second batch of Peer Educators has been re-deployed to senior secondary schools to continue the message of salvation and abstinence to the youth of Botswana between the ages of 15-19 years. Also, the Ministry of Health is engaging FTN and other youth organisations in developing strategies toward effective communication of messages that enhance behavioural change.
Many thanks to the OBC family for your prayer and support. For prayer partners, your ministry continues.
