The Church is hereby informed that there will be a Quarterly General Meeting TODAY starting immediately after the 9.00am service.

Members, please note that this is your responsibility and obligation to attend and contribute to the direction of the church.

FRESH START MINISTRY UPDATE
A message board for Pastor Steve Peterson has been set up at caringbridge.org. Search by name for Pastor Steve Peterson. It will give you updates and allows you to leave comments or a message of encouragement.
Pastor Steve continues to live the message he has shared worldwide, and he is trusting in the sovereignty of Christ in his life circumstances. He is living out his faith and is a testimony of encouragement to all his family and dearest friends who pour into his life. Both Steve and Mindy are grateful for your lives as well as your concern and prayers for them in this season of their lives.

OBC EMAIL ADDRESS
The church is hereby informed that we are currently experiencing problems with our obc@btcmail.co.bw email. We are unable to receive or send emails. As this problem is being sorted out, please use the following email address: office@openbaptistbotswana.org.

BEREAVEMENT
It’s with sadness that we announce the passing on of Innocent Magole’s sister, Lorato Priscilla Hengari. She was laid to rest yesterday, Saturday 16th November, in Makopong village. Our prayers and sympathy are with our brother and his family, as we continue to pray for God’s comfort and strength upon them during this difficult time.

OBC CHRISTMAS PARTY 2019
This year’s Christmas Party theme is “REACHING OUT IN THE LOVE OF CHRIST.” Let us reach out to our brothers and sisters by inviting one of them to celebrate with us on 30 November from 1.30pm – 6.30pm.
We will be grouped according to our Pastoral Zoning geographical locations getting to know one another as the OBC Family.

We need volunteers to help on the day. Please register at the table outside. This helps us to plan an exciting event for all.

As usual, the Hospital Ministry Team is soliciting donations of Vaseline, Body lotions, Toilet rolls, Facial tissues, Facial towels, Soap, Toothbrush, Toothpaste and chocolates to be given to hospital patients during the Christmas period. If you are able to assist, kindly drop these items at the church office or give monetary contributions to purchase them.
