It’s Never Too Late for a Fresh Start!!!
The minstry would like to invite interested and called individuals from the church to join our ministry. Please come to our table after church for more information about the ministry and its policy on application. Contact elder Nyathi: 71654514, Mrs Nkomo: 72309135 or Pusetso: 72227975.

The Hospital Ministry Team hereby solicits donations of vaseline, toilet tolls, facial tissues, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste and chocolates, to be given to hospital patients during the Christmas period. Biscuits and chips are also needed for children’s wards.
Items worth P30 will be packed for each patient.
If you are able to assist, kindly drop these items at the church office or give monetary contributions to purchase them. The monetary contributions can be dropped with Arinola Adekanmbi (71410349), Devinka Ilangakoon (71616695), or Anthony Olashore (74954021). Deadline for collection is Sunday 11 November. We thank you for your support at all times.

The Men’s Ministry will be having a Men’s Breakfast on the 3rd November 2018 starting at 7.30am in the OBC Picnic Area. The cost is P100 and P50 for Youth. We encourage our Young men to come and volunteer.
Any form of help rendered in organising the event will be considered as payment to attend (if they cannot pay the fee). Registration and payment can be made immediately after the service at the table outside.

Please note that notices for the Sunday Bulletin are to be sent in by Thursday at 12.00 noon to allow for enough time for proof-reading and printing.

Late submissions will not be included.

Counsellors, both old and new are invited to attend a meeting on Friday 2nd November 2018; that will be held in the Conference room from 6.00pm to 7.30pm. It will be an opportunity to meet with Pastor Asafa Makan’a.

The Church is currently making collections of sanitary pads to be donated to Mahupo Unified Secondary School in Takatokwane.
We kindly ask for donations from church members towards this. Donations can be brought to the Church office.

Magaliesburg RSA, 2–7 January. For youth aged 13 to 22 years. So many of our neighbourhood Youth have heard God’s call at Youth Week and we want to take more this year – we have many who turned 13 this year and it’s their turn to shine.
Brothers and sisters, our neighbourhood Youth cannot afford the P1,400 fee so let us give generously to sponsor them.

YOUTH! PLEASE GET YOUR APPLICATIONS IN – DEADLINE IS 31 OCTOBER – THAT’S 10 DAYS TIME! Get forms and submit them at the church office, at Cross Gold book shop or at OBC Ignite Youth on Friday night.

PARENTS! Many of our youth testify that they gave their lives to Christ at youth week. It’s 5 days of sports, non-sports and adventure activities, good food and so much more.
What remains most popular is tabernacle – twice a day, with great praise and worship and teaching by some of the top youth preachers in the region.
There is quiet time and bible study in the morning – so many opportunities for the youth to connect with God.

The P1,400 fee includes transport, accommodation and food.
