“IN HIS STEPS” BEGINS THIS SUNDAY EVENING AT 6.00PM
OBC presents a series “In His Steps” for 3 Sundays, from the 25th August – 8th September, during the evenings to explore more on Following Jesus.
Join us on this journey as we go through understanding what it means to answer the call to be a Follower of Jesus Christ and live a transformed life.

ALL-NIGHT PRAYER MEETING – 30TH AUGUST 2019
You are all invited to an ALL-NIGHT PRAYER Meeting to be held on Friday 30th August 2019 from 10.00pm to 5.00am in the Sanctuary.
The Theme is: “That I May Know Him and the Power of His Resurrection”. Please join us in a time of extended prayer for our Church and the Nations.

DRAFT CONSTITUTION REVIEW
Church members are invited to attend a meeting on Saturday 7th September 2019 at 9.00am, to continue with the process of discussing the Revised Constitution. Please bring along with you the copy of the Draft Constitution on the day.

OMRI
Open Baptist Maru- A-Pula Reads Initiative (OMRI) will be opening for the 3rd Term on Saturday 31st August 2019.

GOSPEL GROUP CHALLENGE
During this coming week, the Gospel Group will be on an outreach mission at the Consumer Fair. In solidarity, we urge or challenge our church members who could not join this outreach, to share the Gospel with at least two people this week and/or daily pray for the outreach. Hope you will take up the challenge.

ENCOUNTER 2019 YOUTH CAMP
30TH SEPTEMBER – 4TH OCTOBER 2019
This is a 5-day Day Encounter with young people aged 15 – 25 years, here at Open Baptist Church.
The Encounter seeks to engage young people on deep matters of the Faith and Life.
The theme for this year is “Know THE TRUTH and BE FREE” (John 8:32).
Registration fee is P100 and begins TODAY.

OPERATION INASMUCH – 5TH OCTOBER 2019
Do something for your neighbours during INASMUCH DAY. The 2019 INASMUCH is coming on 5 October 2019.
How would you like to respond to our Lord Jesus’ appeal to you, to love your brethren?
In the book of Matthew 25:40 Jesus says “Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it.

BEAUTY FOR ASHES CONFERENCE: 1 – 2 NOVEMBER 2019
The Women’s Ministry invites all Ladies to a Women’s Conference themed “BEAUTY FOR ASHES” from Isaiah 61. Invite family, friends, colleagues and join us for an awesome time of fellowship.
