QUARTERLY GENERAL MEETING – SUNDAY 18TH NOVEMBER – AFTER THE 9.00AM SERVICE
The Church is hereby informed that there will be a Quarterly General Meeting today, Sunday 18th November starting immediately after the  9.00am Service. All registered members are expected to attend.

2019 MINISTRY PLANS AND BUDGET PROPOSALS
All the Church Ministries and Departments are requested to submit their ministry/department plans and budget proposals for 2019 to the Church Office. The deadline for submission is Friday 30th November. All proposals are to be submitted in soft copy to admin@openbaptistbotswana.org or for further information call 3184082 and speak to Mavis Botlhale.

MEN’S MINISTRY PROJECT
The Men’s Ministry at its Men’s breakfast held on the 3rd November 2018 resolved unanimously that each man will contribute a minimum of P600.00 towards the project of paving the road and putting an exit gate on the road that leads to World of Golf. There will be a table set up after both services where the MEN can make their pledges and pay for this noble project.

WOMEN’S WELLNESS BRUNCH – 8TH DECEMBER 2018
Ladies…the Women’s ministry invites you to come and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit at the Women’s Wellness Brunch. Let’s enjoy a time of fellowship together, sharing healthy living tips as we enter the new year with Gods best for us…purposed and Spirit led. So, put on your brightest spring dress and hat or fascinator to match and join us on 8TH December 2018.

OUR DAILY BREAD DEVOTIONAL 2019
The daily devotional called “Our Daily Bread” for 2019 is NOW available at P50.00 per copy. This devotional offers Bible based wisdom and encouragement through 365 short meditations. Begin each new day by spending time with God, guided by this devotional. You can gift it for family and friends for the new year.

CRY ROOM
Parents are informed that the cry room is strictly for children between the ages of 0-3 years accompanied by parents. Further, parents are advised not to leave their children in the cry room unattended.

SANITARY PADS DONATIONS
The Church is currently making collections of sanitary pads to be donated to Mahupo Unified Secondary School in Takatokwane. We kindly ask for donations from church members towards this. Donations can be brought to the Church office.

OMRI END OF YEAR CLOSURE
The Maru-A-Pula reads English Teaching initiative (OMRI) is closed for the year and will reopen for first term at the end of January 2019. The children would like to thank the church elders and membership for their continued support as they have been greatly blessed.
