Bulletin 21st January 2018

Categories: Church,Events

Today is our annual Thanksgiving Sunday. This is a very important day in the calendar of the Church in which we all come before the Lord to thank Him for His faithfulness and goodness to us in 2017. We do this by bringing a special offering to be presented to the Lord, either individually or as a family. Thanksgiving offering envelops are available.

Home Fellowship members and aspiring members are reminded that meetings in various homes will resume in the week of the 29th January 2018, Wednesday 31st January and Thursday 1st February 2018. This year, members will be studying on “The Essentials of Effective Prayer.” The Bible Study material is now available at the Church Office at P40 per copy. Home Fellowship leaders are reminded to facilitate the purchase of the material through the Church Office.

  • HOME FELLOWSHIP LEADERS MEETING: Leaders are invited to a meeting on Wednesday 24th January 2018 at 5:30pm. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the new Bible study material.

The Johnson family who recently lost a son express their gratitude to the church family for the wonderful outpouring of love to them at this difficult time. The leadership would also like to thank the church family for their prayers, emotional and financial support given to the Johnsons.

The Chairman, Elder Harold Kachaje and his dear wife Dina are currently in Sweden attending a Navigators Conference. Let us keep them in our prayers while they are away from the OBC family.
