To all parents or guardians with children in the Sunday school. Kindly note that all the children will be given a sheet with memory verses that they have to learn for the next four (4) weeks before the big Sunday School memory verse competition. DAY OF PRAYER AND FASTING: TUESDAY 12TH JULY
This coming Tuesday will be a day of prayer and fasting at OBC. Fasting begins at 6.00am in the morning and ends at 7.00pm after the evening prayer meeting. You are all encouraged to join in this prayer. The church is also reminded that the OBC prayer service takes place every Tuesday from 6pm to 7.15pm and all are welcome.

FACE THE NATION
We serve a mighty God! All the volunteers were accepted in the schools apart from two schools. The volunteers who were not welcomed were able to serve in Junior schools. We praise God for the students who pledged for abstinence and received salvation. Face The Nation is thankful to the OBC family who fed, transported and prayed for the volunteers. Please continue to pray for the volunteers as there are casualties in every battle.

OBC LADIES MINISTRY
All ladies are invited to the next sisters’ meeting and our topic is on “The Holy Spirit unleashed in you”. DATE: Saturday 23rd July 2016 TIME: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Please bring a friend along with you and snacks to share. Looking forward to see you.

GO VERTICAL
The next Fresh Start meeting is on Wednesday 20th July at 5:30pm in the OBC Conference Room. For more information: Susan Mogwera 72572827, 3953779.

CHANGE OF CHEQUE BOOKS
It has come to our attention that the Botswana Banking Association has changed the cheque book system. We therefore advice those who would like to give to the Church through a cheque to confirm with their bank the validity of their cheque book. Recently, we have experienced a number of cheques being returned due to this change.

MORTGAGE LOAN REPAYMENT
The Church is reminded that they can still make monthly pledges of any amount that the Lord lays on their hearts towards the mortgage loan repayment. Banking details for the Loan Repayment Account can be found in the bulletin at the bottom of the black strip. Pledge forms and envelopes can be collected from the ushers or from the desk at the back.
